Sapio Sciences was established in May of 2004. The etymological root of our company name, Sapio, is Latin and can be roughly translated into English as “to know” or “to grasp”. We selected it because our products and technologies are designed to help scientists, researchers and physicians at leading pharmaceutical, biotech and non-profit organizations have enhanced knowledge about their biological samples, lab procedures, clinical trials, analytics results and biological data. We believe that knowledge created through the implementation of our technologies will be broadly used to improve the quality of work in laboratories and will facilitate discoveries by researchers to improve the quality of life. We are dedicated to this end.
