Our Investigators are notified by e mail upon successful completion of the project. The complete data sets (raw and analyzed) are posted on our secure ftp servers for download using client specified login information. The raw data can be viewed using proprietary Operating Software from Affymetrix. All raw data is also supplied as unfiltered text files formatted for direct import into third party analysis packages i.e.GeneSpring, Spotfire etc. Sample reports outlining all QC parameters tested by our staff is provided for each study. Finally, the data analyzed by our Bioinformatics staff, is provided as Excel spreadsheet containing only the genes that are significantly regulated.
Advanced Bioinformatics solutions, including but not limited to, gene annotation, functional, sub-cellular localization, pathway analysis, clustering and PCA analysis are provided based on individual investigator’s requirements. All files can be provided on a PC formatted CD upon request if necessary (nominal processing charge will apply).
